Business Coach

About the Role:

As a Business Coach at Remote Clean Academy, you will work closely with our clients to help them successfully launch and grow their home cleaning businesses. You’ll provide guidance on business strategy, operations, and how to make the most of the tools we provide. This role is key to empowering our clients to succeed with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to clients on how to effectively run their cleaning businesses.
  • Help clients maximize their websites, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
  • Offer insights and strategies on hiring, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Regularly monitor client progress and provide actionable feedback.
  • Develop educational materials and resources to support client learning.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of business coaching or consulting experience, ideally within the service industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, marketing strategies, and customer management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.
  • Experience working with digital tools and CRMs is a plus.

Applicable only to clients who elect to participate in the Guarantee period.

✔ Training Participation — Attend all three (3) Mastery Classes—Sales, Hiring, and Marketing—with your camera on and active participation.

✔ Course Completion — Complete the premium onboarding e-course provided at enrollment.

✔ Google Business Profile — Set up your Google Business Profile, secure at least five (5) authentic five-star reviews, and maintain an active listing for a minimum of 90 days out of 120.

✔ Ad Spend Commitment — Maintain a consistent advertising spend of at least $33 per day for four consecutive months, with a minimum of 50% allocated to Google Local Services Ads (LSA).

✔ Authorized Payment — Maintain an authorized and active payment method on file throughout the duration of your program.
